The collections 'Wild Rose, Daisies, Bellflowers, Woodland Strawberries' is included in Emma Sjödin's botanical series depicting Scandinavian wild flowers and beautiful insects. In this series, Emma has combined her favorite techniques of drawing with graphite and water colour to create detailed, time less images. She aims to artistically describe how a flower is put together by buds, blossoms, stalks and leaves. The images are created from her own studies and compositions of flowers from the fields of Smaland around their villa Frovik.
